Umbran Lovers: THIRD SCENE

---Scene Start---

(In Lightning’s Apartment, right across from Shadow’s, they both catch up and talk about what happened with Shadow’s most recent encounter with Joy…they reminisce as they lounge together.)

Shadow: But yeah….it was a hell hole, to say the least….

Lightning: Wow…that’s pretty bad, in all honesty.

Shadow: I actually questioned myself of whether or not, I was actually in hell.

Lightning: Did you and Joy make amends at least?

Shadow: I don’t even know. Joy wants to be friends, even after we almost killed each other. Then the other stuff happened, as you know already.

Lightning: Right….did she really—

Shadow: Yeah.

Lightning: Wow…

Shadow: I’d rather forget all of what happened to be honest.

(Lightning smirks at that remark.)

Lightning: And no one would blame you…

Shadow: Hmph! You can say that again!

(Lightning smiles as she closes her eyes and stretches her arms)

Lightning: I will say this though…You’re lucky that Joy’s is too nice for her own good. Be grateful. It could’ve been a lot worse.

Shadow: Right…

Lightning: You don’t have to be friends. But, I’d say at least be on good terms with each other. It’ll make your life easier in the long run.

Shadow: The less time I spend with her, the better.

(Lightning smirks and is done stretching. Her and Shadow get up from the couch and prepare to leave the complex)

Lightning: Well, today’s a good day is any. You are taking her up on her offer, right?

Shadow: Yeah, I might as well get it over with.

Lightning: Good. While you have a lunch date with Madame Mayor, I have a lunch date with a beautiful lady. It’s the woman that I have been seeing for the past month.

Shadow: And when do you plan to tell me who this lady is?

Lightning: Today probably. She’ll be coming home with me later on tonight, so you’ll see her when you come back from your lunch.

(Lightning and Shadow grab their Chaos Emeralds from the kitchen counter. They clench the emeralds as they prepare to use their power.)

Shadow: I’ll hold you up on that.

Lightning: I’m sure you will.

(Shadow and Lightning harness the power of the Chaos Emeralds and perform Chaos Control.)

Shadow & Lightning: CHAOS----CONTROL!!!!!!!

(They both teleport to their specific areas that they need to be…)
